Every people in his/her lifetime definitely ask themselves these questions -> Will I be able to get land property in this earth , How will be that land property , Is this huge or not & how much & when will I get these huge property & Is this my Inherited Property or my Own earned Property , Will I be rich person .

So this article is specially for all those people who want to know about their timing of getting huge amount of property & inheritance .

—~~Main houses For Property~~

> 4th house – home , land , property ,vehicle or any type of convenience where you feel comfortable & happy .

> 11th house – gain of your land , property & fulfillment of desire .

> 12th house – loss of money to purchase that property means your expenditure .

> 8th house – property purchase or acquire through dowry , legacy , provident funds & insurance .

> 6th house – property purchase through loan or debt .

So the Prime houses for purchasing property are

A> Property purchase through own earned money – 4 , 11 , 12 .

B> Property purchase through loan or debt – 4 , 6 , 11 , 12 .

C> Property purchase or acquire through dowry , legacy , provident funds & insurance – 4 , 8 , 11 , 12 .

Mars & Saturn – the karka or significator of land is mars whereas involvement of saturn shows construction of land property . So no property can be purchased without involvement of mars & saturn .

> Now add 25 years with your birth year if that resultant year controlling mahadasha planet is signifying kp significant houses 4 , 11 , 12 then native’ll purchase the property through his/her own earned money , if signifying 4 , 6 , 11 , 12 then native’ll purchase the property through loan or debt & if signifying 4 , 8 , 11, 12 then native’ll purchase or acquire property through dowry , legacy , provident funds & insurance only on the supporting planetary antardasha & pratyantardasha lord planets time period those who are supporting mahadasha planet signifying houses  4 , 11 , 12   or   4 , 6 , 11 , 12   or  4 , 8 , 11 , 12   & their should be involvement of mars saturn with dasha lord planets . If the resultant year mahadasha is not signifying those given houses then find for the next mahadasha till to next mahadasha untill you get those Kp significant houses combination given by planets but don’t check more than 3 mahadasha .

—-~~For inheritance Property~~—-

8th house – shows inheritance property or even it’s the wealth of your spouse family .

11th house – fulfillment of desire to getting inheritance property .

[Note  – there should not be any 12th house involvement because you are not going to purchase any property means no expenditure .]

So the prime houses for getting inheritance property are – 8 , 11 .

>Now add 20 years with your birth year if that resultant year controlling mahadasha planet is signifying kp significant houses 8 , 11 then native’ll get inheritance property only on the supporting planetary antardasha & pratyantardasha lord planets time period those who are supporting mahadasha planet signifying houses 8 , 11 . If the resultant year mahadasha is not signifying those given houses then find for the next mahadasha till to next mahadasha untill you get those Kp significant houses combination given by planets but don’t check more than 3 mahadasha .

—-~~For Sale of Property~~—-

3rd house represents – 12th house from 4th house shows losing of your property.

10th house represents – 4th house from 7th house of others shows others or buyer’s property .

5th house represents – 11th house from 7th house of others shows gain of others or buyer’s to purchase your property .

So the prime houses for losing your own to selling your property are – 3 , 5 , 10 .

> Now add 25 years with your birth year if that resultant year controlling mahadasha planet is signifying kp significant houses 3 , 5 , 10 then native’ll sell of his/her property only on the supporting planetary antardasha & pratyantardasha lord planets time period those who are supporting mahadasha planet signifying houses 3 , 5 , 10 . If the resultant year mahadasha is not signifying those given houses then find for the next mahadasha till to next mahadasha untill you get those Kp significant houses combination given by planets but don’t check more than 3 mahadasha .

——-~~Other Condition~~——–

Now other points for timing of getting property :-

4th house controls our home, land,property, vehicle or any type of convenience where we feel comfortable & happy. Now to find out particular time to get property, vimshottari dasha is very helpful and after that we have to cross check with jaimini chara dasha if both dasha system match ie show same year then we’ve to final check with yearly transit chart to find out actual week or month for getting property.

VIMSHOTTARI DASHA :-

BIRTH CHART :-

1> If any raj yoga happen in 4th house that planetary dasha period you can get property.

2> If 4th lord creates any raj yoga in particular house with other planets that planetary dasha period can give you property.

3> If there is no raj yoga in 4th house but 4th lord is exalted in particular house or good position in particular house can show timing of getting property of that planetary dasha period.

Once we find out favourable planetary mahadasha & antardasha period then we have to check that planets condition in NAVAMSHA CHART(D9 chart) because D9 chart is the fruits of birth chart. If these planets are well placed & strong enough or creates any raj yoga in D9 chart that gives strong clue to getting property of that particular planets mahadasha & antar dasha period but it’s mandatory to check most important divisional chart for property that is D4 chart (chatur thamsha chart).
[Note:- if you don’t get any clue through D1 & D9 chart then also you can get information through D4 chart.]

D4 CHART (chatur thamsha chart):-

It’s the fourth divisional chart of a horoscope is called Chaturthamsha or D4 chart . We see this chart specially for your happiness of all types, land property , home & homely environment where you feel comfortable & happy .

1> In this chart you’ve to see, Are their any planets placed in 1st house or 4th house that planetary dasha gives strong indication of getting property.

2> Is there any raj yoga happen with 4th or 1st lord in D4 chart that planetary dasha period you’ll get land property.

3> Significator of fixed assets land property is MARS, so you’ve to see mars condition if mars is well placed & any how connected with 4th or 1st lord in good sign of particular house can show property at their mahadasha & antar dasha period.

4> If any conjunction happen in 4th house of birth chart & if that planetary conjunction also happen in 1st or 4th house of D4 chart then these planetary conjunction gives you strong indication of getting property at their mahadasha & antar dasha period.

Now cross check with Jaimini CHARA DASHA :-

BIRTH CHART :-

1> You’ve to find out the planet holding with 4th highest degree of your birth chart that planet is your MATRI KARKA. So, you’ve to see where is your matri karka(MK) is placed in which rasi sign of birth chart that rasi sign chara dasha you’ll get property if this MK creates jaimini RAJ YOGA or strong enough then it gives you strong clue to get property only at their chara dasha period.

D4 CHART:-

You’ve to see birth chart MK condition in D4 chart.

1> If MK of birth chart is placed in 1st or 4th house can show or create jaimini raj yoga can give you property at their chara dasha period.

2> If MK creates jaimini raj yoga in D1 & also in D4 chart will give you 100% land property at their chara dasha period.

3> Now if you find nothing then see which chara dasha you are going through make that chara dasha rasi sign to 1st house & rotate others rashi sign with planet according to maintain the chart & then see 4th house of this newly created chart , Is their any jaimini raj yoga happened in 4th house that ‘ll give you strong indication of getting property at their chara dasha & antar dasha, You can apply this technique same as for vimshottari planetary dasha.

Final Step:-

Now once you find out favourable vimshottari mahadasha & antar dasha lord planets year if that year is also matched with jaimini chara dasha favourable year then you should note down that year & see your yearly transit chart.

Yearly Transit chart:- In this chart you’ve to see Jupiter , Saturn & mars condition to pinpoint the week & month of that particular year.

Example:- lets say double transits of Jupiter Saturn aspect to your 4th house or placed in 4th house or aspect to your 4th lord & mars is passing through your 4th house or 11th house or 2nd house & all these planets that are influencing to your 4th house if each of these planets gives 4 points or more than 4 points in Bhinnashtakavarga chart of that 4th house rashi sign & if that month of the day when all the 7 planets (excluding rahu ketu ) passing over the different different houses of rashi sign if that 7 transits planets each of which gives 4 or more than 4 points to that different different houses rashi sign in bhinnashtakavarga chart so total 4 * 7 = 28  or  30  or  more than 30 points in bhinnashtakavarga chart then that day or week of the month of the year you’ll get Land Property .
